Our Story starts a little differently…
While day dreaming at their 9-5 jobs, our founders saw a need for a unique option in both the bar and special events industry and sought out to provide what was missing—thus, The Wandering Spirit was born. Infusing their professional, corporate backgrounds, they sought out to offer not just a bartending service, but an experience that is an elevated, aesthetic addition to your events that you and your guests will remember forever.
Allison Carter & Dabby Gallardo

Our event operating partners, Allison & Dabs bring their excitement and passion for people in everything they do. Married for nearly 18 years, they share decades of experience in the service industry. Allison has the gift of gab and can be found at CrossFit or teaching meditation & mindfulness classes in her spare time, while Dabs—a native to Peru—appreciates good music, futbol, and the craft of a good bourbon. They are a dynamic duo who love working together and are absolute rock stars to experience behind the bar.
