Our Story starts a little differently…
Fun fact: Both Amber and Katelyn have other day jobs. So why open a mobile bar business? The easy answer is, well, because we really wanted to. The layered answer is that we saw a need for a unique option in the bar industry and sought out to provide what was missing—thus, The Wandering Spirit was born. We are not just a bartending service, we are an experience and we offer an elevated, aesthetic addition to your events that you and your guests will remember forever.

Amber’s extensive professional sales background plays a major role in our business development and in building key relationships with vendors and clients. With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, she has always dreamt of opening her own bar, inspired by all of the places she has visited in her travels.
KATELYN PARSONS
the creative behind our brand & marketing
As the business owner of her own brand and web design company, Katelyn’s skills are crucial for our ability to embody a quality and consistent brand aesthetic and personality. She also plays a key role in sales and backend operations. She is a Mama of three, wife, and entrepreneur who loves the creative side of business.
